Yes. DEVA does not have, nor is, a brand - therefore there is no conflict. Our brand is YOUR brand. You can have your company logo and details on the cable; you can have any colour you like; wheel printed or laser jet sheath printing. You can design the cable packaging whether it be box or reel or just coil. All our branded cables are confidential.
Yes. This is one of our specialities. Supplying cable to a specific OEM design. It's something we've been doing for many years.
Yes. We supply many cables with multiple functions which combine power, control, and data.
MOQ's vary depending on the size and complexity of the cable. In broad terms however, we would say 3km for a large diameter cable, 5km for medium and 10km for small.
Again this is often determined by the diameter of the cable and sometimes material eg PTFE. However, in general we can offer anything from 10 - 5000 metres (32 - 16,404ft)
Depending where on the planet you are located we would suggest you factor 4-5 weeks for manufacturing and 4/5 weeks for shipment time. So total 8-10 weeks. Once we have a clearer picture of your cable quantity, weight and dimension, we can be very specific.
If the cable is standard / generic then yes. If the cable is specifically manufactured for you we offer a "pre production sample" for your approval. Nothing gets manufactured until you are completely happy with the sample supplied. If modifications are required we will then supply pre production sample no2. And so on, until the cable meets your approval.
In summary - the approval you require. Otherwise DEVA will not offer to quote and supply. Our network of manufacturers means that we have a vast array of accreditations from UL to VDE to TUV to BASEC to CAI to KNX and so on. If we cannot offer your specific accreditation we'll refer you to a supplier who can.
In a word. No. The sheer number of market sectors and applications we supply means that the cost of stock holding would restrict our capability. Most customers are perfectly happy with our lead times since the majority of cable is often for stock. If lead time is super critical we can, of course, point you to a stockist, many of whom we supply.
DEVA will offer a price based on the current value of Copper as indexed on the LME and your local currency as against the USD. DEVA accepts USD, EURO, GBP.
Yes. DEVA recognises that many OEM's for example, have a demand which fluctuates throughout the year. Accordingly, DEVA can deliver monthly or bi-monthly quantities providing there is a commitment to an overall schedule.
Our network of manufacturers operate to ISO 9000,9001,14001,45001 as a bare minimum in addition to a host of cable specific accreditations depending on where they are geographically based and which cable sectors are their primary focus. DEVA in turn warrant installed cables anywhere from 5-25 years depending on cable type and application.
All DEVA cable has an associated MIN Number (Manufacturer's Identity Number). This will appear as a suffix on the outer jacket print legend (customer permitting) and also on the box or reel label containing pertinent cable information such as your unique PO/Part number.
