Recently supplied: A highly flexible 8 core x 0.75mm2 YY control cable used as an interconnecting cable suitable for a range of industrial automation, control, instrumentation and connectivity applications where high flexibility is desired for ease of installation. This unshielded multi-core control cable can be used internally or externally provided the installation is UV-protected. The cable supplied has a blue PVC sheath but can also be supplied with a LSZH sheath.
This particular cable is part of the Control cable series supplied by Deva Trading including other high-flex YY sizes and CY and SY control types.
Construction
The cable in the photo is constructed from 42/0.15mm stranded bare copper conductors (making the cores very flexible) with insulated jackets that are well chalked and colour-coded to facilitate easy strip and termination. The PVC outer jacket is printed and metre-marked,
The rated temperature is -15DegC – +70DegC. Maximum operating voltage 300/500v. The maximum continuous length is 1000m.
High flex YY is available in different conductor sizes and core counts as well as jacket colours.
